Drunken schoolboy's drugs run on moped
A DRUNKEN schoolboy
stole a moped - then used
it to deal drugs on the
streets of Bolton.
The 15-year-old was eventually
stopped by two special constables
who were on patrol in
Breightmet.
They searched the boy and
found he was carrying 67 pills
- believed to be ecstasy
tablets.
He spent a night in police
custody and was released the
next day after being questioned
by officers.
The teenager has been told to
report back to a police station
on May 24 when tests on the
pills will have been completed.
His arrest came as police
continued a high profile crackdown
on anti-social behaviour
in the area following the introduction
of new dispersal' powers
which give them the
authority to order gangs of
youths out of the area.
Inspector Tony Kenyon, who
is responsible for policing in
the area, said: "We believe this
boy was involved with dealing
drugs and we would appeal for
anyone with information about
this to come forward.
"We will continue our battle
against anti-social behaviour in
this area and ensure the
streets of Breightmet are as
safe a place as possible for residents."
The special constables were
on patrol in the Bury Road area
of Breightmet when they saw
two boys riding on a scooter
with no helmets on at 10.35pm
on Friday.
The officers went to speak to
the boys. The teenage rider
was stopped and the constables
quickly discovered the
scooter had been stolen.
The boy, who was drunk, was
searched by the officers who
found the pills on him.
He was arrested on suspicion
of driving while under the influence
of drink or drugs, taking a
vehicle without consent, driving
without a driving licence
and possession of drugs with
intent to supply.
A passenger on the scooter
saw the officers approaching
and ran off. He is now being
hunted by police. The Bury
Road area of Breightmet
became a designated police
"dispersal zone" this month in
an attempt to rid the area of
troublemakers. Anyone found
gathering in groups of more
than two and causing a nuisance
will be moved on by officers
and told not to return to
the area for 24 hours.
Anyone with information
about this incident is asked to
call police on 0161 856 5795 or
Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

A school boy drunk, with a stolen moped and in possession of drugs.
He should get a couple of hours community service for that lot. But then again, with the do-gooders and the politically correct brigade, he could get a holiday somewhere in the sun.

You are quite right that criminals cimmit crime endemically throughout Bolton. But I suspect most of the crims live in Breightmet/TongeMoor
/Farnworth/Johnson Fold. We had a big time art forger up in Bromley Cross recently of course, but I don't think he was going around slashing anyone.

This bum should have been tied in a sack and flung into the canal years ago.
Another career criminal in the making. He will cost the state a fortune and bring misery to everyone he meets.
Why can't we give these scums the punishment which they so sorely need and which might just force them to become human.

Let's say put down.
A 15 year old. You make it sound as though this bum is a naughty boy who has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.
He's a drug dealing bum who will go on to sell drugs to decent kids who might have had a future, if they hadn't had the misfortune to have come into contact with turd.
If his death saves one kid from getting hooked on drugs, then it's not only a price worth paying, it's a bargin.

It wouldn't have made him better, declan, you PC freak. It would have made sure he didn't steal my bike though. Idiot. You do-gooding hypocrites will NEVER understand until you wake up one morning and find your daughter raped, your house burgled, your car burnt to a crisp, and your own blood all over the place. Maybe, just maybe, you'll then work it out. Assuming, that is, that you've actually worked and paid for things out of your own pocket. It's called the real world.

I moved soon after as I found the blue flashing police lights zooming up and down Turton Road rather alarming.

Every week decent, law abiding citizens have to pick up the bill for the actions of irresponsible morons. These people show no regard for their victims rights, yet wail with indignation about their rights if a copper so much as grabs them by the shoulder.
It's about time that rights weren't something which some little turd thinks they are born with but something which others have fought, suffered and even died for.
What rights should some 16 year old sh1t who jumps on the roof of someones car and who has not yet contributed to society be entitled to?
None, he hasn't earned any.
Apart from a minority of limp wristed, do-gooders. The people of our country are sick to the teeth of having to put up with juvenile deliquents getting away with crime. The government should get these crumbums sorted out. It's what decent people pay taxes for.

If we are to beleive the industry that has sprung up promoting the idea of 'global warming' will affect our next generation, why don't we sterilse these feral mongrels and stop them breeding.
Our next generation will thank us more for that than the inability to grow grapes in Moses Gate Country Park
